What is happening?

Screenshot below shows most of these bugs

  1. Cannot scroll the outliner when there are more headings than it can fit
  2. Headings overfill outside the outliner panel
  3. Indent levels are broken - when there are two indents (h1 -> h2 -> h3), another h1 after this only goes down by one indent level, and subsequent headings are also over indented by one level
  4. Indentation lines are showing even when they are turned off (for both table of contents and outliner)
  5. Indentation lines aren't properly extending all the way down - they cut off when there is a heading one level higher
  6. Font size is too big when used with Neutral theme (also in [v0.11] Outliner plugin with Neutral theme got wrong font size in outliner panel repo#20)

These aren't really bugs, but would probably be good to have for consistency

  1. Empty headings should say "Untitled" instead of "Heading #" to match what is shown by the regular TOC
  2. h1 -> h3 should have two indents instead of one. There is also only one indent in the regular TOC, could be a possible feature?

What should be happening?

  1. Able to scroll (and show a scrollbar?) if there are too many headings to fit on the panel
  2. Text should be cropped by the size of the outliner panel
  3. Indent levels should be consistent - no indent for h1, 1 level for h2, 2 levels for h3
  4. Indentation lines should not be showing
  5. Indentation lines should extend downwards until it hits another heading of the same level
  6. Font size should be the same as in other themes

Another Issue I have with Outliner (both on osx and windows). If you have a inline table on a full width page and and pin the Outliner to the right (so it stays open) the tables width won't reduce and a horizontal scrollbar for the whole page appears because the table overflows the page horizontally. I'm not sure if other people also encountered that problem. Should I open another issue or do you want to include it here?

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create Page
  2. Set Page to "Full Width"
  3. Create a new empty inline table
  4. Pin Outliner to the right
