Issue

The meteg, when alone, should be centered, but it is at the left. When beside a vowel point, the pair of them should be centered as a unit, but the vowel point is centered by itself and the meteg is at the left. When separated from a following vowel point by a CGJ, the pair of them should be centered as a unit with the meteg on the right, but the meteg is still at the left and the vowel point overlays it. When a hataf vowel point and a meteg are joined with a ZWJ, the ligature looks right but has non-zero advance width.
