• Ꞽ ‎A7BC LATIN CAPITAL LETTER GLOTTAL I
• ꞽ ‎A7BD LATIN SMALL LETTER GLOTTAL I
• Ꞿ ‎A7BE LATIN CAPITAL LETTER GLOTTAL U
• ꞿ ‎A7BF LATIN SMALL LETTER GLOTTAL U

They should be roman (upright) in roman styles and italic in the italic styles.
