That list of characters was a non-exhaustive sample. Dozens of glyphs still lack anchor points.

The glyph for U+AB31 LATIN SMALL LETTER A REVERSED-SCHWA is missing anchors both above and below. Here is <U+AB31, U+0323, U+0307> in Noto Sans.
