Issue

U+23B7 RADICAL SYMBOL BOTTOM does not connect with other radical symbol pieces. L2/00-159 says that “the vertical stroke must be truly vertical and centered, not slanted.”

Another problem with this is that the box drawing characters don't change weight (or at least only very slightly in the condensed), so I'm not sure what to do here. I'd like to know why the box drawing characters don't change weight, so we know whether to redraw them to match, or if we need this glyph not to change weight to match.
