1. The shape and size of the small cap Q are noticeably different than the small cap O.
2. The small cap Q is taller than the other small capital letters from the Latin alphabet.

Currently there is no small cap X in Unicode. However, the small capitals in Noto -- apart from Q -- seem to be designed to match the height of the lower case x.
