Subjoined consonants below U+105A MYANMAR LETTER MON NGA are small, whereas below the identical-looking U+1004 MYANMAR LETTER NGA they are not small. This is because U+105A has a descender, and subjoined consonants below consonants with descenders are small in these fonts; however, the descender of U+105A is removed before a subjoined consonant, so U+105A should not be categorized as having a descender.
