Incorrect positioning on user interface symbols

Issue

A number of symbols are incorrectly aligned. These are the ones I noticed: 🗕🗖🗗🗙
But there may be more in the user interface section of unicode.
As seen in the screenshot below, the minimize symbol is not on the bottom and the 🗙 doesn't fill the whole box.
For comparison, I also included a screenshot of Segoe UI Symbol font.
