Hello,

I'm trying to register two different usernames, which are the same if interpreted case-insensitively, but different if interpreted case-sensitively.

Problem is: When I try to register second username, web form replies "name already taken". I checked the Tox, saying usernames are case-sensitive.

I can also chat with these two usernames, each other, same time. So this seems a bug.
