Cannot open detail/create of Content Types when version 1.3.0 is installed #74

When i updated version from 0.3.0 to 1.3.0 i cannot open any existing content-type or create new one. I have this errors in console.

Current version of strapi 4.14.0
Node Version: 18

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Go to 'Content Manager'
Click on 'Any existing entity or try to create new'
See error
