Hello,

I am not really opening an issue but it is just a way to contact you.
I am the new maintainer of HO and I moved the project to GitHub. First let say, that I am in no way a professional developer and I did not know anything about Java until few weeks ago. However I managed to understand the project, move it to GitHub, upgrade tons of library, migrate from Ant to Graddle, and close the few open issues that were open against HO 1.434. The graddle build is generating .zip and windows installer and I am confident creating osx dmg will also not be an issue.
I am close of making an official 1.435 release but I have one remaining blocking point: I still need to figure out how to make the Linux binary. I am not that familiar with Linux even if I played with it at some point few years ago. I was looking at the easiest way to distribute HO, I looked at flatpack, AppImage, ... and by chance I came across your project. If you are still an HO user maybe you can help me in that process:

1. select the best/easiest distribution format: AppImage? Flatpack ? docker image? I guess I will still need to create some .debs for the docker image
2. any help/instruction in how to achieve that
3. may and by far my preferred solution: could you by any chance contribute to the project for the Linux binaries building

Sorry for polluting your repository with a fake issue. Maybe you can reply to that message on HO repository and delete that post. I have an open issue on creating FlatPack images.
