[Bug]: Incorrectly lists ALL SRT files of a TV show on every episode

Problem description

The episodes and subtitles are in the same folder.
Episodes and subs have S0xE0y numbering in their names. There are 9 episodes.
The episodes have integrated subtitles too. The subtitle names do not match exactly the video names - probably this matters.

When you play an episode and use the UP button to choose subtitles NOVA lists all 9 subtitles as SRT in the list. It makes it very difficult to find the right SRT file as there are no names. You have to choose all SRT files blindly one by one until you find the matching one.

Steps to reproduce the issue

This happens only on one show - I will send you a screenshot of the file names if you need them.

Expected behavior

Nova should match the numbering - S01E01 and list only the SRT for S01E01.
