[Bug]: Audio latency when playing LPCM->FLAC codec

Problem description

When I playing a video with LPCM->FLAC audiotrack, I have latency which is about 1 sec.
Other codecs are playing fine, without issues

Steps to reproduce the issue

Play any video with LPCM->FLAC codec

Expected behavior

No latency

Hello, I don't know if this will reassure you...but I had already opened an incident on December 21, 2023 for identical problems! The flac is coming back to the forefront, because of the re-releases of old films in 4K UltraHD Bluray edition.
Just for information! Mx Player and Justplayer do the job, there is no image/sound

I have a delay, when I play this video (Japanese audio track) on my TV while files are stored on my PC. Also the video have a little bit of stutterings.
When I play it via VLC on the same TV and from the same PC, everything is perfect.

I didn't tried to play it on TV locally.
