[Bug]: stuttering during video playback from SMB

Problem description

Any video, any codec, any format, any resolution, any bitrate. There's random stuttering during video playback from SMB server.
SMB2 doesn't work - can't load file list. Had to switch to SMB<2.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Connect to SMB storage in local network. Start playing back video file.

Expected behavior

Work without stuterrings.
