Problem description

I've noticed this issue with 4k 2160p files that support Dolby Vision. After an initial stutter, the video resumes, but there's an overall red tint/filter over the video. Doesn't happen with lower quality (eg. 1080p, or regular 4k) files. I tried enabling forced software encoding, but in that case the video just won't start. The video itself plays fine, doesn't stutter most of the time, but sometimes it keeps the red filter and stutters heavily. Sometimes it doesn't have the red tint, but instead it just plays in black and white.
I've tested it with 4 different Dolby Vision files, same results.
Here's an image of the Columbia logo, with the red "filter":https://imgur.com/a/YU1BzNm

Steps to reproduce the issue
