• default behavior: site generates a unique URL and allows the user to save information on any generated page.
• customization: user can customize the URL by typing in the URL and adding their own gen_uid

• need to make database (instrutions not up yet) manually
• need to update config-example.php to make a config.php page
• in the Apache configs, set AllowOverride All on this directory
