keysym.js filename in websockify is the same name as the keysym.js file in noVNC

Please change the name of the keysym.js file in the include directory of websockify to say wstelnetkeysym.js as the two files are different. This will enable you to have both files in the include directory of a webserver. This will mean that the wstelnet.html file will need to be adjusted also.
