Back button doesn't work after completeting action from camapign #261

Steps to reproduce:

Go to a campaign which contains actions (not learning)
Click on the action
Mark the action as complete
Close the popup
Click the back button at the top of the page (do not use native swipe to go back) - This should take you back to the campaign
Then click the back button at the top of the campaigns page (again not native swipe to go back) - This should take you back to the action
You will now be stuck in a loop (if using those on screen buttons)
