npm star causes modules to bubble up as "latest updated" on search.npmjs.org and npm tweets #1563

If you npm star <module> then that module will be first on http://search.npmjs.org and npm tweets will tweet it.

This is misleading and confusing because the author did not make any changes to the module and it makes the "latest updated" feature on search.npmjs.org and npm tweets feature much less useful.
