Got error (npm err! registry error parsing json) when installing Bower Package.

I try to install bower, and got this error, it's not for bower, I tried with cordova (npm install -g cordova), elixir (npm install -g elixir), etc.

I also tried using "npm cache clean" and re-install, and got nothing, still have same error.
When I'm using "npm list -g", I got this (see attached image below).

I tried different solutions for this from another issue, and didn't work well for me. (Please help me!)
I'm using Windows 7 (32 bit).
Node version: v0.12.7
Npm version: 2.11.3
