npmjs profile pic complexity

To set a pic on npmjs profile, you need to use gravatar by creating a new wordpress account. WOW!

Can someone please fix that? let us upload picture directly or use github account pic.

@jali this is something we would love to eventually support; we've been building more static-file handling capabilities at npm, and should be able to introduce features like this in the not too distant future.
