Latest n greatest version not deployed => errors during installation #10

eb's script fixes have not been deployed which leads to errors during the installation process and inability to start QTV with ./start_servers for example.

Installer archive has been updated. Downloaded and verified script doesn't show error and ./start_servers starts QTV.
