Table CSS styles do not work on Github #88

Hi, as I understand Github uses wikicloth to interprete mediawiki markup.

Please excuse me if this is the wrong place to report this, but I refer to the following style guide in your documentation: https://github.com/nricciar/wikicloth/wiki/Tables#With_HTML_attributes_and_CSS_styles

I don't see any working CSS styles. Inspecting the table simply shows the styles never get included in the rendered wiki. Is this Github-specific behaviour?

Ok, just confirmed this is a Github specific issue. Wikicoth working as expected.
