Initializing @nrwl/vite via "nx g @nrwl/vite:init" returns "Unable to resolve @nrwl/vite:init"

I am using windows and followed this tutorial on how to use vite in nx: https://nx.dev/packages/vite

It seems after followed all the steps and run nx g @nrwl/vite:init it returned Unable to resolve @nrwl/vite:init. I am not sure if this is a windows issue.

Hey, note that the @nrwl/vite plugin is currently under development.
