disable print() with a verbose option

like table_add(), as https://github.com/nsg-ethz/p4-utils/blob/master/p4utils/utils/thrift_API.py#L1164 commented, can those function add a argument to disable the print() ?

We could add in the future. In the meanwhile if you want to remove it you could just comment that line or add an option to your local copy of the repo.
