Right now we distribute storage, inner ring and CLI binaries inside docker containers. For testnet we even have separate dockerfile (#309).

However we want to distribute binaries to use them on bare metal. Convenient way to do it is to create dpkg / rpm packages with binary and predefined configuration. We should add scripts to neofs-node repository and run them as Makefile targets.
