Rework flow exporters

Flow exporters (e.g. elastic search, mysql, logstash) are currently handled differently. Some of them are global per ntop instance whereas others are interface specific. As a follow up of 4feb75a, their api should be unified and they should be handled consistently (by moving all of the to a network interface)
