Has anything been done on this? It's something we need to implement, don't want to duplicate any work.

Any updates available on using DKAN for harvesting of datasets from CKAN and other data portals? Really keen to hear if any progress has been made on this?

@Forester1 we have the CKAN to DKAN harvest https://github.com/NuCivic/dkan_migrate_base which is pretty close to finished. Would love some feedback if you are able to try it out.

Closing as we have a new Harvester framework focused on Project Open Data, which Socrata and CKAN both generally support. Open new tickets if there is interest in a new Harvester plugin that would support CKAN endpoints specifically - we haven't seen much demand for this recently.
