Once a file's tabular section begins, there is no current check to re-enter frontmatter parsing mode. So if multiple sets of data are recorded into a single file, the second set of data will use any preprocessor data from the first set and there will be some garbage tabular values in the output.

To workaround this for now, it's best to split files that have multiple sets of data manually before running the program.
