[NEOS-1056] Filter generated columns from appearing in insert/select/frontend

We shouldn't show generated columns due to them being read only as the database handles generating their value.

Today, we surface them and expect the user to select GENERATE DEFAULT to handle the same behavior.

It would be better if we didn't require the user to do this at all.
