Turn on move strategy on Avalon. Run script to move existing master files.

Done looks like

  • Master files are verified to be moved into preservation buckets.

@mbklein I looked at the pres bucket. I don't believe recent material has been being moved. Can we run a script to move them. I believe carrick wrote one.
