Add "about" and "Help" mimicking Arch HomePage

Description

Avalon 6 skinned looks a bit odd missing "Help" and "about" . Can we add two static pages that have content.

• And displayed initially when the user is NOT logged in?
• And what happens when user is logged in, keep links in the main navigation area?

@carrickr @mbklein There looks like a route collision in trying to set up a new About page in NU Avalon. Chris suggested I ask you guys how to handle? Currently there's an About route which gives server info?

1. The header says "Sample Content" we should change it to Highlights or something.

2. The Featured Audio is a langston hughes bit, we should probably put a photo of him in that slot.

3. @ccaizzi do these three pieces seem OK to feature?

Agreed on the selection of featured items. Can someone let us know which to feature? For now it's just hardcoded into the home page.

@mbklein What do you see when you click on the 'About' link in primary navigation? On http://avalon.repo.rdc.library.northwestern.edu/aboutnu, I see no content and only the headline "Avalon (6.0.1)". Do you get regular About page content?

I see no content as well. The routes seem correctly set up, so not sure why the page is showing no content. I will poke and see what I can gin up.
