Train Cecile on new features

Ensure Cecile understands new workflows and new features and can train Molly on the new system.

Ensure that Molly and Cecile are admins.

• need s3 bucket
• need a working instance

@mbklein and @carrickr this training is taking place June 1. I will need:

• admin privileges
• an s3 bucket URL to upload a batch to
• Any instructions on how to upload

I want to make sure we're still on target now that we're reworking the way we handle SOLR.
