Create a NPM module for front-end application Solr querying

Description

WGBH mentioned at Samvera Connect 2018, they could use and/or build upon the initial Solr front-end parser / query builder / fetch code we created when Digital Collections was hitting Solr directly. Maybe others would find helpful?

To do

• Clean up the Solr parser service file.
• write some tests
• Push it up as an npm module, where the functions are exportable and importable to outside applications.
