A simple and user-friendly Battery Alarm application

Features:

1. As small and fast as possible (342~kb)
2. As annoying as possible (annoying-ness can be changed by using remindEvery in config.json)
3. Cross-platform. In theory works on all different OS Distributions
4. That's it. This software is meant for 1 job and 1 job only

Currently tested on Windows 10, macOS Catalina and Arch Linux
