原因分析：

1. package_nulllab_boards_index_zh.json 中的包地址，托管的服务器应该是挂掉了。
2. package_nulllab_boards_index.json 中的包列表，缺少1.0.4~1.0.9。

解决方案：
我在 fork 中，

1. 对 package_nulllab_boards_index_zh.json 进行了修改，进行了包地址替换。替换地址来源为 Mixly 中安装内置的 Nulllab LGT328P 开发板时，获取包时使用的地址（如 https://github.com.cnpmjs.org/nulllaborg/arduino_nulllab/releases/download/v1.0.2/nulllab_arduino-1.0.2.zip ）。
2. 对 package_nulllab_boards_index.json 进行了修改，补上了 1.0.4~1.0.9，包地址使用此 repo 的 Releases 中的文件地址（存储在 GitHub 上）。

因此可使用如下开发板管理器地址：

1. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/yicone/arduino_nulllab/master/package_nulllab_boards_index_zh.json
2. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/yicone/arduino_nulllab/master/package_nulllab_boards_index.json

注意：

1. package_nulllab_boards_index_zh.json，实测只支持的版本仅为 1.0.3 与 1.0.8。原因未明。
2. package_nulllab_boards_index.json，实际只支持的最高版本为 1.0.8，原因为此 repo 未在 Releases 中提供 1.0.9。
