Problema com XSS #87

Em meus testes encontrei um problema com XSS
https://github.com/acneidert/null_xss

Basicamente ele está renderizando tags <script> no body

O que imagino de possível solução:
Converter caracteres especiais como ?, &, /, <,> E espaços para códigos HTML.
