If someone lands on a post, their options for exploring all basically start at the index; it might be better to show a collection of "pages linking here"

Maybe just for posts? Maybe all pages? Hm.

It might make sense to have a hierarchical (by directory path, assuming each of them has an index page) navigation stack in the header instead of just the current site title. I'm not sure if that would be "in addition to" or "instead of" this though.
