We currently maintain a .pp template for setting up a UWP test runner when the NuGet package is installed. This currently isn't distributed, due to NuGet/Home#1980 - which prevents xaml files being included in the contentFiles required for project.json. If that issue gets fixed, we should start distributing the .pp files, otherwise, we could consider removing them.

This functionality was removed anyway in #106
