Update DT package

• Require version 0.2 as the minimum version to run the package
• Add download buttons to the table (http://rstudio.github.io/DT/003-tabletools-buttons.html) and remove the currently used ones (easy to do with argument server=FALSE but column filtering is much slower when using client-side DataTables 😞)
• Check if row selection is now working (Use DT row selection instead of checkboxes #151)
• Check the function replaceData
• Check if using factors still takes too much to process (Find optimal inclusion levels boundary in survival curves #71)
• Disable filtering in individual columns (e.g. Density column from the differential analyses table); see https://rstudio.github.io/DT/009-searchable.html (e48b1c6)
