This may include drawing the supporting reads.

  • mRNAs with splicing features
  • Proteins should contain domain information
  • Ask LG for more info on protein domain comparison

We can also embed a JavaScript genome browser:

Another one to consider is Genome Maps, but it doesn't seem usable outside their website.

Unfortuantely, Biodalliance is not usable in Shiny for some reason... see rstudio/shiny#747
