Bug - notes are not aligned well on some reported Windows machines [$80]

A friend of mine reported that issue to me. Also, a user posted feedback on Github seems to have that issue too, see #158 (image posted here is from that issue).

Reported affected Windows versions: Windows 8, 10.

Didn't have time to check that myself. When I tested Notes for version 1.0.0 on my Windows machine everything worked well.

I wonder what causes this... I can't find common elements between all those who reported the issue.

After some investigation with a friend of mine that has this problem, we found out it is caused by resolution. When we changed the resolution to a lower setting the notes aligned well. When it was back to default the problem appeared again.

So resolution doesn't seem to be the cause but the scaling.
