Reproduction

I believe the added files show the problem.

Description

Issue with Safari. Works without any issues with Chrome.

When focusing on an input menu and clearing all text using the backspace key, the top padding increases. However, this issue doesn't occur if you focus on the menu, then press CMD/CTRL + A followed by backspace. This issue is seen on the NuxtUI homepage as well. I have included some pictures from the homepage.
