Support for optimus laptops wayland

Currently there seems to be no support for wayland optimus. Only xwayland applications are able to utilize the nvidia driver.

The initial release is targeting datacenter GPUs and use-cases, and has several display- and notebook-related features missing.
Please consult the driver readme for a more complete (but still non-comprehensive) list. We hope to address these in the future.

For issues with the proprietary driver, the best way to report issues is on the developer forums or via email to linux-bugs@nvidia.com, as outlined in README.md. These are monitored by people who triage and fix these issues.
