[Feature] Convenient way to reinstall rocks.nvim in case something goes wrong. #260

It might be useful to have something like a ReinstallRocks command (or a require("rocks").reinstall() function), which uses vim.g.rocks_nvim (without requiring any dependencies) to reinstall rocks.nvim in case something goes wrong (like #250).
