NTR: New P01 terms from a Rockland MicroRider-1000 turbulence profiler (BODCNVS-1782) #206

Request for some new P01 terms related to the output of a Rockland MicroRider-1000 turbulence profiler mounted onboard a glider.

This instrument included two thermistors and two shear probes. The mean and standard deviation were calculated across multiple dives from the four sensors, so 6 new terms were requested for the 6 outputs:

Temperature mean of the water body by in-situ thermistor
Temperature mean of the water body by in-situ thermistor (second sensor)
Temperature standard deviation of the water body by in-situ thermistor
Temperature standard deviation of the water body by in-situ thermistor (second sensor)
Shear standard deviation in the water body by turbulence profiler shear sensor
Shear standard deviation in the water body by turbulence profiler shear sensor (second sensor)

The Temperature terms have now been loaded and are live on the NVS:
TEMPTCM1 Temperature mean of the water body by in-situ thermistor

It turns out that the outputs from the MicroRider instrument are still in raw counts, so new terms have been created to reflect this as below. They will be live on the NVS from tomorrow morning:

TCNTCPTT Raw signal (counts) mean of instrument output by in-situ thermistor
TCNTCPT2 Raw signal (counts) mean of instrument output by in-situ thermistor (second sensor)
TCNTSDCP Raw signal (counts) standard deviation of instrument output by in-situ thermistor
TCNTSDC2 Raw signal (counts) standard deviation of instrument output by in-situ thermistor (second sensor)
EPSVTBPT Raw signal (counts) standard deviation of instrument output by turbulence profiler shear sensor
EPSVTBP2 Raw signal (counts) standard deviation of instrument output by turbulence profiler shear sensor (second sensor)
