As agreed during the meeting of EMODnet Chemistry regional coordinators: in the next harvest (October 2024) all RL will provide the list of P35, of not aggregated P01 and then we need to:
Compare lists for each region
Take decision on which P35 to keep in the collection also according to users' needs (e.g. EEA, JRC, RSCs)
Needs from EEA:
Dear all,
In relation to the talk we just had Hjalte just send me a list of parameters used for the EEA eutrophication indicators.
Temperature
Salinity
Oxygen
Phosphate, Total Phosphorus
Silicate
Nitrate, Nitrite, Ammonium, Total Nitrogen
Hydrogen Sulphide
pH, Alkalinity
Chlorophyll a
Secchi depths
In relation to the deadline for EEA indicators the general deadline is end May. The assessment work is done after vacation (~September) where the combined ICES, EMODnet and WISE datasets needs to be ready for use, so any data compilation issues needs to be resolved before that.
Best,
Hans
