Added the 3 new size-classes as requested in nvs-vocabs/EMODnetChemVocabs#21
20– 49 µm, 50 – 99 µm, 100 – 299 µm
Changes queued for publication.

H0300018 100 to 299 micrometres 100-299um
H0300017 50 to 99 micrometres 50-99um
H0300016 20 to 49 micrometres 20-49um
