Unify name of node-webkit executable #1605

I am currently developing FWeinb/nodeshot and noted that the executable of node-webkit on OS X is called node-webkit, on Linux nw and on Windows nw.exe.
I would props to unify this into nw for all platforms. This would make it easer to write shell scripts that work on OS X and Linux.

This should be working with latest 0.13 version now.
