Is not happening with 0.11.0 or earlier. Problem only happens on 2 windows 7 machines we have. Most win 7 machines are ok.

No window frame or window buttons (min/max/close). The menu bar (gui.Window.get().menu) isn't showing either. But the shortcuts work (including the ones that make submenus pop open)

Is it Aero effect disabled or enabled the difference with other win7 machines? Could you please also try the latest live build?

Not happening with 11.2-pre. The frames and menubar are showing correctly.
